What's included
For Elopements and Micro Weddings you can book anywhere from 90 mins through to 5 hours of coverage, depending on which aspects of your event you'd like photographed. Even with the minimum booking of 90 mins you can expect complete coverage of your ceremony, a short portraits session and coverage of any family photos that you might require. Obviously with longer bookings, more options and possibilities come into play, such as pre ceremony coverage and your reception entry.
What to expect
My goal is to produce a body of work that aligns with your own memories of the day, work that resonates with your every recollection. In years from now I want you to be able to see a photo of you embracing your father and be able to smell his cologne ; I want you to be able to hold a photograph of your grandmother smiling proudly and be able to hear her laughter once again. In short, I want to provide you with work that only increases in complexity, meaning and value as time marches on. Essentially this is the difference between good and great photography.

My wedding coverage is 8hr and can be extended if required. Generally 8hr will include pre wedding preparations, ceremony, family formals, wedding party portraits and the first couple of hours of the reception. This of course is entirely determined by the logistics of your day; timings, distance between locations etc. When we meet prior to your wedding we'll lock down a timeline for the day and suggest any changes to coverage if required.
What to expect
Weddings are monumental undertakings, comprising so many moving parts. You may be in the initial stages of planning your wedding and currently discovering this for yourself! Remember - there are no rules, no right or wrong way to go about getting married. Its your day, and ideally, you'll only do it once - make it count!

Booking well ahead of the date is always recommended as it gives you the pick of your favourite vendors, however I'm just as happy to take bookings a month out!
When is the best time to book?
Yes, absolutely. Over the years I've worked with some incredible celebrants, florists, videographers and cake makers and I'm always happy to share their names and promote their businesses.
Do you have other vendors you recommend?
Elopements and Micro Weddings are generally delivered 14 days after the event, Wedding galleries take between 4-6 weeks.
Preview Galleries are delivered within 48hrs of the event.
When will we receive the images?
A 50% non refundable
deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.

What's included
Family Shoots are generally around 2 hours in duration - that usually allows us to do one indoor and one outdoor location. I recommend the family home for the indoor portion as it's where your kids feel safest and most themselves. I'm looking to capture the way your family interacts so any activities that you would normally do with the kids such as baking, reading a book, craft, or just jumping on a bed are absolutely perfect. If you're still in the baby phase, that might look more like bath time, feeding, skin on skin - basically however you feel most connected with your little one. In terms of outside locations, the beach around dusk always works well, as do adventure playgrounds, creek walks etc. We are truly only limited by imagination!
What to expect
If the idea of "family photography" sends you into a anxiety inducing fever dream of having to buy matching white t shirts and jeans for the entire crew, then let me put your fears to bed.
There will be no matching wardrobes harmed in this shoot!
For me, family shoots are all about capturing individual personalities ; if your kids are old enough, I'd recommend letting them take control of what they wear - the more hectic the better!

We'll catch up via Zoom in the week leading up to the event and go through what will be happening in terms of formalities etc. I'll also ask for any must have shots, whether they be formal group shots or just particular individuals/ guests of honour that you'd like me to focus on. From there it's fairly straight forward. I'll go about my work on the day as inconspicuously as possible - you'll hardly know I'm there!
What to expect
Some events demand a little more attention than dear old Uncle Bob's enthusiastic, yet hit and miss, approach to photography (don't tell him I said that!). In all seriousness, whether it's a family reunion or a major milestone birthday, why not split the investment across everyone involved and have me create a body of work that captures the kind of day that comes way too rarely. You'll receive a gallery of timeless images that can be shared directly with everyone involved.

We can chat that very night and if all goes well, you could have your photographer ticked off your "To do" list before bed!
01. Make an enquiry
We will schedule an introductory meeting to get to know each other a little better and discuss your expectations. For shoots I ask for a $75 retainer, for weddings I ask for a 50% retainer to secure your date.
02. Booking & payment
About three weeks before the wedding or our session, you will receive a comprehensive guide from me in your mailbox. In this guide you will find all kinds of tips and tricks to make our photo session go smoothly.
03. Tips & advice for the big day
The day has arrived and everyone is super excited including me! I will not only be your photographer, I'll also be your personal cheerleader. Whatever you need, I am there to serve you!
04. The big day is here!
I edit all images very carefully. Within 3 to 4 weeks from the session date or wedding, you will receive a password protected online gallery where you can see and download the images. For weddings you will receive a preview in your online gallery within 5 days.
05. Editing & delivery
If you simply can't choose favorite images, you can always upgrade your package to more images. Please get in touch for the rates of the upgrade packages!
